- Booking at least two months ahead will
help to ensure guide availability.
- We require a 35% deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before starting
date.
- Short notice (less than 4 weeks) bookings require payment in full.
- Bookings will be confirmed when deposit has been received.
Payment
We accept Visa or MasterCard. Mailing Canadian or US personal checks and money
orders works well and provide a 4% savings. Phone, e-mail, write or fax to book.
Logistics
Package
Once deposit is received you will be mailed or e-mailed a logistics
package. It will contain all pertinent information such as who, what,
where, when, as well as a copy of our waiver that must be signed when your
trip starts. Click here to view

Booking Conditions
- A waiver
must be signed in order to participate.
- participants 18 years or younger will require a waiver signed by a
parent.
- Cirrus Alpine Guides may cancel any venue due to mountain conditions.
- Participation is subject to the discretion of the guide.
- Mountain adventure has inherent risk. This risk must be assumed by all
clients of Cirrus Alpine Guides.
Cancellations
and Refunds
- Full refund for any venue that is canceled by Cirrus Alpine Guides.
- The following conditions apply if you cancel your booking:
- Up to 6 weeks before start date a 10% booking fee will be withheld.
- Between 6 and 4 weeks before start date your 35% deposit is withheld.
- Cancellation at any time less than 4 weeks, full payment is withheld.

Insurance
and Rescue
- Cancellation insurance costs 4% of your trip cost and must be
obtained at time of payment. This will provide full refund for
health or medical reasons for you or your family.
- A national park entry pass costs $6.00 per day; this covers all
rescue and evacuation costs. Rescue on all other land use areas
like provincial parks and crown lands will be at the expense of
the client. Make sure your own health and rescue insurance
policies are providing adequate coverage. |
